What data we process

The data you enter in the inquiry form: location, number of units, link to the accommodation, type of accommodation, preferred package, priorities and way of working, first and last name, email, phone, message and any calculation from the billing comparison.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

We do not store inquiries in a database on the website; we receive them by email. The sending provider may keep a copy of the message temporarily. We keep the email for 1 year and then delete it.

Processors and transfers

Cloudflare (hosting and protecting the form from abuse), Resend (sending email) and Google (email inbox) take part in running the site and delivering inquiries. Data may also be transferred outside the EU.

Cookies

The site does not use analytics and does not set cookies itself.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing. Write to us at the address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
